Grenache 70% / Mourvèdre 20% / Cinsault 10%

Destemmed grapes fermented in small concrete tanks for 6 weeks before pressing. Grenache and Cinsault are blended then aged for 12 months in a foudre. Mourvèdre stored in tank on fine lees before final blending. After a light filtration the wine is bottled to a descending moon for aging potential, with minimal added sulphur to protect the wine.
Fantastic with pizza, grilled meat and oily fish.
Pairs well with grilled vegetables, veggie cheese bakes and lentil/bean dishes.
