Le blouge is an exciting new blend of red/white grapes that is an alternative to Rosé. Served lightly chilled it’s a great summertime drink! Pairs well with poultry, pasta, spicy dishes, salads and cheese… and good times.
Vinification
Separate direct pressing for white and red grapes which are then vinified in a temperature controlled stainless steel cuve to preserve fruit purity. After a light filtration, wine is bottled with minimal added sulphur to protect the wine and retain freshness.
