Roses and rust. I think the tannins forgot to get out of bed – barely a sign of them! Fun and yummy.’

Grenache is a very food friendly wine and pairs well with Lamb, pork and duck as well as mushroom risotto, vegetarian dishes and cheeses.
Vinification
Picked early to retain freshness and express purity of our grenache. Whole bunch maceration in concrete tank for 2 weeks, followed by a slow, gentle pneumatic press. After a light filtration wine is bottled to the cycles of the moon, for stability, with minimal added sulphur to protect the wine.
