Ripe strawberries and spices on the nose. Full bodied, though mineral in style, with fine,
ripe tannins. The palate develops supple and suave hints of
pepper and red fruit.
Fantastic with pizza, grilled meat and oily fish.
Pairs well with grilled vegetables, veggie cheese bakes and lentil/bean dishes.

Destemmed grapes fermented in small concrete tanks for 6 weeks before pressing.
Grenache and Cinsault are blended then aged for 12 months in a foudre.
Mourvèdre stored in tank on fine lees before final blending.
After a light filtration the wine is bottled to a descending moon for aging potential, with minimal added sulphur to protect the wine.
